Reminders (Tasks) do not appear

P

Peter K

Every time I start Outlook 2007 the folllowing message appears:
"Microsoft Office Outlook
There was a problem reading one or moreof your reminders. Some reminders
may not appear."

The bottom window of the To-Do Bar says "The operation Failed. An object
could not be found"

Switcing from Mail to Tasks in the left pane, under My Tasks there are two
folders: Tasks (which indeed contains all relevant tasks) and To-Do List,
with a red flag icon. Trying to open that folder does not work & the center
pane says "Cannot display the folder."

I have tried to open Outlook with several commandline switches
(cleanreminders, resetfolders, resettodobar), I have run the installation
disk in repair mode, nothing changes.

Any suggestions are appreciated. (There are several previous threads of
similar problems, however, none gave a solution I could try.)
