Remove approval process winthin Project server 2007

Hi all,

I am using Project server 2007, and we have many project managers in my team. One thing that i cannot figure out is how to remove the approval process when team members make updates to the project plan?

We are all adults, therefore I should not have to approve and then publish changes all the time.

Currently, i go to "task updates", i run the rule to approve the request, then i "go to" "task updates and errors" to publish these changes.
Is there any way to get rid of this process, so that team members can submit updates to the project plan, that get automatically published?

I really appreciate your advice on this.

:)

No, not without custom coding. The intention is that your PMs have to deal
with updates and make changes to the schedule lets say on a weekly basis as
a result of the work that was or wasn't done on time, ahead of schedule or
behind schedule. They accept the updates, verify what changed, re-status
the schedule appropriately and only then make the new schedule visible to
PWA by publishing. I agree that it would be nice to have the option to skip
this process but there isn't out of the box.
