Thanks so much for the guy who suggested to clear out you web mail server to
fix this. No one from my IT or ATT support could figure it out. You could
send but not receive any new emails and got the same emails from one day over
and over. Go to your web emial account and delete all mail messages and it
fixes the issue. Thanks whoever you were.
