Hi,
Here's the scenario I'm struggling with. In each of our project plans we
have a standard milestone that represents the turn over of the system to our
customers. This is the KEY date we manage to.
What we're trying to convey to management is a simple "we're on track" or
"we're not, do something" through a Project Central view by project.
How do I track baseline duration to duration vaiance and roll this into a
Project Central view as a graphical indicator for each project? I know how to
configure the indicators (thanks MS Project Experts)
