Resizing multiple pictures in Word XP

I have a need to resize multiple (1000+) pictures in a
document so that they're all exactly the same size. I
drug the borders and guessed when I first pasted them in,
but this isn't consistent enough. If someone tells me a
way to do this without resizing them individually, my poor
tired eyes will thank you repeatedly.....

Select the first one, Format Picture, and adjust the size. Click on the next
picture and F4. Note that unless all the pictures have the same aspect
ratio, some may be distorted by having the same height and width as the
first one.
