Resource Budget Cost - Tracking

Hi,

I have created a construction plan and assigned budget cost as resources. This has been assigned at the summary task level through the task usage view in budget cost. Saved the project as Baseline.

Now, when I want to track the budget wrt the actual cost on monthly basis, I am not able to enter the actual cost, even though I have unchecked the box Actual cost are always calculated by the project in the option box setting.

I have attached the msp file in this thread to have a look for any solution.
