ReviewTSDetail.aspx - closed web part

Project Server 2007
I accidentally closed the web part used to review the Timesheet detail and
I'm unable to restore it. I've tried adding back the web part but when I do
I get an error "Unable to add selected web part(s). An error has occurred."
Does anyone have a suggestion for what I can try.

Thanks,
PeteK

I'm sorry to make overly simple suggestions, but it has to be asked -
you're a Project Server Administrator, and you're going into SIte
Settings (upper right corner of the screen) and selecting "Edit Page".
Then you are clicking on the "Add a Web Part" bar in the appropriate
zone on the screen?

I'm sure the answer to all of the above is yes, but you have to rule
out the simple stuff first...

Don't be sorry ... sometimes the obvious is not obvious.

Yes, then after I select "Add a Web Part" I select "Advanced Web Part
gallery and options". Then I select "Closed Web Parts". There is 1 Web Part
listed "Review My Timesheets". When I select this Web Part and then hit the
Add button for "Add to:" Main ... I get the error.

Pete:

What possessed you to close the web part? Was it throwing an error? If the
answer is yes, then you need to resolve the issue that caused the error to
begin with, otherwise the underlying condition will prevent you from adding
the web part, just as it prevented proper display of it. So, describe the
conditions that led up to this event.

Gary,

It was purely an accident. I was looking for a way to hide the "Planned"
rows. Our current belief is that there was a problem before I went into the
web part and that the issue has something to do with permissions inside of
SharePoint. There are some other strange happenings as well such as some
users do not have access to view their tasks but they can do everything else.
Our plan is to migrate Project Server and SharePoint to a new server and
reinstall.

I may need to revisit this issue if we don't resolve it with the re-install.

Thanks, PeteK

How would I resolve an "assignment data corruption"? Is there another thread
you can point me to?

Thanks,
