When I am in excel or word and I am using a mouse with a scroll wheel and the
mouse cursor is over the ribbon and I scroll the wheel on the mouse the
ribbon moves. Is there anyway that I can stop that from happening? In the
older version of word it didn't do this and in the add-in program that I am
using it makes me crazy.
