RPC over HTTP connecting issue

I am having issues with users connecting to exchange 2007 (Via RPC over HTTP)
with outlook 2003 using comcast. Works with verizon and at airports just does
not work with comcast. Any suggestions would be helpful. I also use ISA2004
for Firewall.
