rule to auto respond to all incoming emails

I have an email account on my exchange 2003 SP2 box that I use to send emails
with, however, I do not want customers to reply to it. In some cases they do
reply to it and I need to auto reply to that sender with a company specific
message informing them not to reply to this account including the appropriate
web link for them to use to resolve their issue. If I use the “out of
Office†it always says “out of Office†in the auto reply which is both
confusing and not correct. I decided to use the rules off outlook 2003 and
made a Server side rule. The rule is as follows:
Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where my name is in the To or CC box
Have server reply using “message sent to userâ€

When using this simple and straight forward rule, it will only reply to
internal users and will not reply to any external users. Nothing is being
blocked for I can send an email from the client to an external hotmail (or
any other) account, when your do a reply from the hotmail (or any other)
account, you never get the auto reply. If you are an internal user that has
an exchange mailbox on the same server you will get a reply from this rule.

My question is, How do I get this to reply to anyone who sends an email to
this address? Regardless of them being an internal or an external user.

Thank you,
Dale
