Run-Time Error: ... DB Open or Locked ...

Hi, I am getting a very frustrating error that occurs every time I switch
between “Design View†and “Form Viewâ€. My form has a Sub-Form which at this
time does nothing. Also, my form uses VB code which opens and closes the
database. I verified that the database is being closed correctly.

The run-time error message is: "The database has been placed in a state by
the user 'Admin' on machine .... that prevents it from being opened or
locked.â€

Also, as far as I know, I have updated my system will all the latest SP and
downloads. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to solve this issue?

If you have any ideas on what is going on I would appreciate your feedback.

You have VB in a form that opens the db that the form is in? I think you
might need to post some code on this one.
