Running Office 2008 for Mac on 2 Computers

I have two Macintosh computers network together. I would like to know if I
purchase Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac Special Media Edition and install it
on both computers, will my wife and I be able to use this software at the
same time on both computers? As an example, if my wife is using Excel on one
computer and I want to use Word on the other computer, will we both be able
to do that at the same time? I heard that only one of us will be able to use
the Microsoft Office 2008 for Mac Special Media Edition software at a time.
Is this true and will I need to purchase two copies of this software?

Typically the software license specifies that each person must have
their own licensed copy. There is a version you can purchase that
includes three licenses, so up to three people in the family can use
it.

From a technical standpoint, most licenses for Mac Office permit you to
install on one desktop and one laptop for the use of one person. It
uses network detection to prevent you from using the software
simultaneously on multiple machines that are connected together via a
network.

I didn't know there was a 3 license version. Where can I purchase it? I have
been having difficulty finding it.

The Home & Student version comes with 3 keys. It does not contain Exchange
support or include Automator actions.

Amazon pricing: $99.99 (this is the lowest I've seen the Home & Student
version)
