safe sender mail kept going to junk email folder

Hi all. I am using microsoft outlook 2003. I have set a particular sender
email address as a safe sender. However mails sent from this sender continue
to go to junk email folder. I am sure that i add the correct email address to
the safe sender tab in junk email options. How can i solve this? Thks in
advance.
