Save contact address at the email to address book

hi Im currently move from outlook to entourage, my question is how to save the contact address in any mail in my inbox, without save one by one by right click and add to address book.

I believe you can accomplish this using a rule.

Go to Tools --> Rules... and create a new rule. If you have a POP
account and an IMAP account then you'll need to create the same rule
under the POP and IMAP rules sections.

Name your rule something like "Add senders to Address Book".

Set up the rule like this:

If
All messages
Then
Add Sender to Address Book

Now select one or more messages and then select Message menu --> Apply
Rule --> "Add senders to Address Book".

This is an older script and I'm not sure how well it works with newer
versions of Entourage. Try it at your own risk:

You can delete duplicates with one of these scripts:

To get rid of duplicates use one of the scripts on this page. There are
scripts to merge contacts on the page as well.

Another option to merge....Sync the Entourage Address Book to the Apple
Address Book and use it's merge command. I'm not sure if the Apple Address
Book removes duplicates too.

Anytime you are in doubt about editing your data, it's a good idea to backup
first. Under File > Export, select to export your contacts as an Entourage
archive (.rge) file.

You also might consider making a duplicate in the Finder of your Identity
and testing there. If you make a huge mistake, then you can simply revert to
your original Identity.
