scanner name

Does anybody know how to change the name in 'Choose scanner' in Office
(2007) Document Scanning.

My 'Choose scanner' only displays the original name with which I set up the
hardware device. Now I have put my hardware device onto a home network so I
want Office Document Scanning to point my network version.
