Try restoring the file names Outlwvw.dll from your install CD. Also check
the registry entry to see if it looks OK:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\XX\Outlook\Today (where "XX" is
your Outlook version: 9.0 for Outlook 2000, 10.0 for Outlook 2002 and "11.0"
for Outlook 2003. You should see entries like this:

(Default) REG_SZ (value not set)
CalDays REG_SZ 5
CustomUrl REG_SZ outlook4.htm
Disable REG_DWORD 0x00000000 (0)
IncNoDueDate REG_SZ True
Sort1 REG_SZ [DueDate]
Sort1Asc REG_SZ True
Sort2 REG_SZ [Importance]
Sort2Asc REG_SZ False
Style REG_SZ Style4
TaskFilter REG_SZ All

Also, underneath that is the Folders node containing data like:

(Default) REG_SZ (value not set)
0 REG_SZ \\Personal Folders\Inbox

Open Internet Options in Internet Explorer, Tools, Advanced tab, uncheck "Display a Notification about every script error" and check "Disable script debugging."

Registry entry looks OK, not sure how to restore Outlwvw.dll from install
CD, it must be extracted without installing Office 2003.

My settings were as you suggested, however I changed them until they were
back to original and applied them and still got this error.
