Securing folders / .pst file

I would like to secure a folder or entire .pst file, so that everytime
someone clicks on one of the folders they have to key in the password. I
realize that you can password protect a .pst file. However, once you key in
the password, you don't have to re-key it until you close the .pst file and
re-open it or close outlook and re-open. I would like to leave the .pst file
open (folders not expanded) and then require a password everytime a folder is
clicked on

I already found out the answer to this after doing a search.

The answer is I can't do this
