Send fails in Outlook 2000 when an email address is bad.

Hello,

My client has a computer with Outlook 2000. My client is sending out a
mass mailout every two weeks or so (quite on the up and up, not spam or

anything).

Due to the nature of these email addresses, they change a lot and there

are always a few bad ones.

We he sends out the mail out, the Send/Receive fails and it specifies
the first bad address.
"one of the recipients was rejected by the server"
Error is 550 5.1.1 "(e-mail address removed)" is not a valid mailbox

He has to go into the Outbox, open up the message, and delete that
recipient. This goes on until all the addresses are valid and it
actually sends.

What I want to know, is how can I get it to send the email as is, and
just deliver "Undeliverable" messages to his inbox for the addresses
that are bad.

Thanks so much for your help!

"My Client" has the same ISP I do. I do not have the issue.
If I set up his address in my OE 2003 the issue does not occur.

Thanks,
Tess

I appreciate it :)

But if I can't figure out why his is doing this, I will probably just
upgrade his OE. We don't usually bring in other outside software.

Thanks though!
Tess
