Send from secondary SMTP address defined in Exchange 5.5 e-mail

Is there any way to send "FROM" a secondary SMTP address using Outlook 2003?
I have an end user that needs to change their "from" address on the fly
between two different SMTP addresses and I don't want them to have two
Exchange accounts.

Can this be acomplished with Exchange 5.5 and Outlook 2003?

If you have given the user the rights to send as from that account, Open
Outlook 2003, click on new mail, click options and then click the from tab.
This then puts the from box above the to box. Clicking the from button lets
you choose which address from the contacts list that you wish to send the
mail from. As I said at the begining, they must have the permissions to do
this or an error message will be generated.

There's no Outlook feature to do that, but there is an add-in at http://www.ivasoft.biz that can add that capability.
