In Access when I Send/Receive e-mails I get the following error message:
Your server has unexpectedly terminate the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'opengovt.open.org', Server: 'localHost', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number:
0x800CCCOF. I am unable to receive or send e-mails.

"In Access"
You mean in Outlook, right?

Looks like your virus scanner is the issue here (Server: 'localHost').
Either disable the virus scanner's integratation with Outlook (it doesn't
add an additional level of security anyway) or contact support for your
virus scanner.
