OK, we're on Exchange 2007 and using Outlook 2007. We have a bunch of shared
mailboxes, and we have several users who like using the Categories feature of
Outlook. The problem we're encountering is that if we have multiple people
with access to a shared mailbox, and they all add it to their Outlook
account, only the first person who added the shared mailbox has the ability
to actually categorize messages. This is not working. Has anyone figured
out how to get it so that any/everyone who has access to a shared mailbox can
categorize messages?
