"setting up personalized settings" appears every time and signature is set to "none"

hi,

We have one user who has a pc, laptop, and access to terminal server. Every
time the user logs out and back in to either the pc, laptop or server he
gets the setting up personalised settings, and his outlook signature
defaults to "none" - although he can then go an select the signature from
the drop down box. It's getting a bit annoying so we tried the following:-

1. Rename the profile on the terminal server, laptop and PC
2. On the active directory server Click the Profile tab, and then note
the profile path information in Profile path. Rename this folder to .old
too.
3. Log on to the PC, set the signature, log off, then log back on to
the same pc and see if it happens again. If ok then go to laptop and try
same.

Is there anything I'm missing? As it's still the same. No matter where he
logs in the message is the same and signature is reset to none. No other
users are affected. The only other thing I can think of is to create a new
user and then link to his old mailbox

Thanks
