share project info with team members

Hi,

it's been a long time without using MS Project and i would like to know
if something has changed regarding sharing project info and tasks with
other team members ?

i mean with MS Project 2000 i had 3 solutions:
- to have a MS Project server on which others could connect and use data
- to have more licenses of MS Project as much as people in the team
- to send tasks from MS Project via outlook as an outlook task to team
members.

due to some cost reduction i'm the only one to have MS Project on my
computer and i need to send team members tasks, to get their feedback /
progression, to let them see the whole project progress and so on...

how can i do that today with MS Project 2007 ?

thx.
