Shared Calendar

I have this in my Free/busy publish and search location
\\fileserver\calendar\%name%.vfb and in my contact for John I have added
this
\\fileserver\calendar\john.vfb in John's contact Internet Free-Busy address
area.

When I try and open a shared calendar I get the folowing message:

Unable to display the folder. Your profile is not configured to support this
operation for this user


What am I doing wrong?
