SharePoint List and InfoPath 2003 Vs InfoPath 2007

I have an InfoPath 2003 form that successfully reads a SharePoint (MOSS 2007)
list, yet when I attempt to open the form using InfoPath 2007 it fails with
the following message:

InfoPath cannot create a new, blank form.
InfoPath cannot open the form. To fix this problem, contact your system
administrator.
Form template:
http://hvbp-team001-hou.sp.chevron.net/sites/FIN48/Australasia/Forms/template.xsn
The query cannot be run for the following DataObject: Organization
InfoPath cannot run the specified query.
Access is denied.

Any ideas what is causing this issue?

Which version of the Infopath did you publish and where did you publish the
form
