Hi I am TRYING unsuccessfully to do the following Using Publisher 2002

I want to set up my own template to print Happy Easter at the bottom right
hand corner of a tent card ... Card is: 20 cm wide and 19 cm high when OPEN
...20 cm wide and 10 cm high When FOLDED.

I would like wording Happy Easter at the Bottom of the ront on the right
hand side ( to start approx 1cm in from teh right hand edge and cover area of
approx 6 cms..

I have managed to do this and print this on an A4 page with crop marks BUT I
am wanting to use ready made card blanks... HoW can I get his to work

I see under page set up paper size - there is no option to set custom paper
sie

PLease advise

Many Thanks

You will have to first setup a custom size in your printer. Once you do that,
Publisher will reflect the custom size in the page setup.

Hi Mary

Thanks for this - assuming I manage that can you tell me how to do the
following please .. I really want to learn how to create my OWN templates

1. Turn my ( DL) Card front into a template

2. Print the inside of the same DL card with a greeting

Many Thanks

Insert two pages after page 2.

Your main message will be on page one. Your inside message will be on page 4.

If you do not have a duplex unit:

With page one on your screen, print, print range pages 1-2 (you will have to
type these numbers.

Turn the card over, print range, type 3-4.

Anything you have placed on page 3 will have to be manually turned upside down
if it is to be printed correctly. (Group all on page 3, rotate 180 degrees).
