Size & position, often gets overwritten.

When I create a drawing in Visio (either org chart or office layout), I often
use the size and position box. However, after I enter the numbers I want, it
frequently changes them to something else. Why?

Org Chart manages the size of shapes in its own way. You should go to the
Org Chart menu and choose Options to set up a custom size.
