User is using notebook with Outlook 2003.
There's Exchange on father domain.
Sometimes the user plug on his notebook on the children domain where there's
no Exchange Server.
When he plug on network "father domain" download his e-mails very well.
When he plug on network "children domain" there is a delay so big on
delivery. (Delay on download of messages.)
