Sure. Use the Spotlight QuickSearch (top right corner of the main
window) in Entourage to find what you are looking for and save the
search.

If you can use the Find command to identify the messages to be in the "smart
mailbox", you can save the results as a Custom View, which will be refreshed
when you access it.
