We are on Terminal Server. Some of my users cannot open
any e-mailed spreadsheet when they already have Excel and
a spreadsheet open and in use. They must close the
current sheet first and then open the new one. Others can
open emailed sheets without problem or having to close
first.
We are using Excel 97. I have checked the settings but
cannot find anything related or different between those
that can and can't. I suspect in may be a permission
error related to Terminal Server.
