I have appointments in numerous time zones and spend significant time in
various time zones and agree with all the other comments submitted on this
subject.
- Having to swap time zones to make an appointment in another time zone or
actually set it for +/- hours from my time zone is prone to error, time
consuming and generally a pain!
- Inviting others to a meeting becomes even more hit and miss if one of the
attendees happens to have their time zone wrongly set.
- Having all my 'All Day' appintments (annivesaries, birthdays, and others)
move when I change time zone is completely confusing.
All day appointments should remain ALL DAY irrespective of time zone
movement and the time zone where the appointment will be held should be
specified when making the appointment without having to change the time zone.
