Spell Check Does Not Work

I continue to receive the same error:

grammer file msgr??32.dll for.

msspell3.dll or mssp232.dll for.

I am using windows 2000. I have tried to request online
support, but every time I get there I receive an error and
internet explorer closes; this has happened three times
now - fancy that. any help?
