spellcheck problem

Hi all, Windows 2000, Office 98. When some people log in
and start Word the "Runtime error -2147467259(80004005)'
Method 'privateProfile String' of object 'system' failed"
comes up and the spellcheck option is missing. This does
not happen with my log in. Sorry if this is the incorrect
forum for this, but hope someone can at least point me in
the right direction. Thanks, Mon
