Spotlight results open in TextEditor

Spotlight results are coming back as a .vReMessage and open as XML in TextEditor. I have tried rebuilding the index and it seems to have a file that will open in Entourage and TextEditor. How do I fix this?

Are you seeing these under the Spotlight menu after doing a search? The
files you're seeing are the cache files created by Entourage for
Spotlight but they're not meant to be read themselves. Instead, they are
pointers to messages back in Entourage.
