Strange Problem with Outlook 2003

Hi,
I am facing a strange issue related to outlook 2003. My POP3 server is
external. Recently I have formatted our internal server(DC), which is Windows
2003 Enterprise R2. Before formatting everything was working fine with
outlook 2003. I have 40 client machines on my domain and I have configured
outlook 2003 successfully after formatting the server. But on 3 machines it
gives me an error while connecting to the POP3 & SMTP server that is "
Receiving reported' error (0x80042108): 'Outlook is unable to connect your
incoming (POP3) email server". When I configured same email account on
another machine it was working fine with outlook 2003. What was surprising
is, on these 3 machines outlook express working fine. So its not an issue
with ports. We have ISA 2006 installed on our server. But it may not be an
issue as outlook 2003 could be configured on other PCs. It may not be an
issue with these 3 computers as outlook express can be configured
successfully on these machines. I think the issue is something related to
outlook 2003's connection with local PC. The one thing I have noticed is that
on these three machine I am not able to create telnet session to port 110 or
25 on my internal server. But from other PCs its fine.

Please help me out on this issue. I am breaking my brain for the last 3 days
on this issue.

Rgrds,

Remith
