Subform has greyed text box field like it is selected

Hello All

i have a main form, with a subform that has a subform. the subsubform
has a text box field that looks like it has been selected. the field
is enabled but locked and not the focus of the subform. the text box
is made to look like the background for the subsubform so that it is
appearant that it is for informational purpose and not editable.

i have had this trouble on a few forms in my projects and i want this
to be fixed because it makes it hard for people to read the
information in those boxes.

any and all help appreciated.
