Suggestion to improve outline mode

I love outlines and heavily use outline mode in PP to organize my content.
This would be even more powerful if the outliner was able to manage at the
section level. In other words, each outline level 1 item would map to a
title slide for a section. All level 2 items under that would also be title
slides. Level 3 would be major bullets, and so on.

I would them be able to brainstorm my content in a top-down approach and my
presentation would automatically be organized with the correct title slides.
Ideally, section title slides would have their own master to help highlight
major parts of the presentation.

Slide-sorter view should let me deal at the section level, and I should also
be able to drag/drop/copy/paste entire sections to reorganize content.
