Sum of Services Provided Check Box

I have a check box on table: FLW

You are to check as many services as was provided with this client on this
contact.

List of services:
Outgoing Call
Crisis Counseling in Person
Therapy in Person
Group Treatment
Criminal Justice Support
Assistance Filing Compensation
Personal Advocacy
SANE Follow-Up
Financial Assistance
Written Info Provided
Legal Advocacy
Other Follow-Up

I have a query for date range. Then a report to print from the query per
contact. My report for Services Provided gives me a 12 digit result. If an
item is not checked it is represented by "0", if it is checked "1". I need a
command to count the total number of Outgoing Call, Crisis Counseling in
Person, etc. at the end of the report. So I can get a monthly, quarterly,
annual result of the number of outgoing calls, criminal justice support,
financial assistance, legal advocacy, etc.

I would change the query that is feeding your report to put the indicators
each in a separate column. Then you can use normal report totalling to
produce your counts.

What is the table structure? Did you create fields out of services? If you
add another service do you need to add another field and a bunch of controls
etc?

How does your "report for Services Provided gives me a 12 digit result"?
