Support for AutoConnect events in SDK?

Hi,

I would like to present some sort of preview (maybe in a tooltip window)
whenever a user of my add-in is attempting to connect two shapes. Roughly
said, this preview should display the types of associations that can be
created in an underlying model by connecting the shapes (that represent
elements of this model). And I would like to have it integrated with the
AutoConnect functionality of Visio 2007.

Are there any events like "Shape Y highlighted as an AutoConnect candidate
for shape X" or "Mouse hovered over blue AutoConnect triangle"?

Hi Niklas,

no unfortunately you cannot interrupt the connection moment itself or get an
event before the "connectionsAdded". I had the same issue
