Sync Blackberry with Windows Live Oulook Connector

I have configured Outlook 2007 to my hotmail account and it works like
a dream. However, I want to sync my Blackberry with the Calendar of
my Hotmail account and the only way I have been able to do this is by
creating a Local PST file and copying the hotmail calendar to the PST
calendar. My Blackberry does not have internet access and therefore
my only option is to sync via USB & laptop. Is there any way that I
can either:

a. Get my Windows Live Calendar in Outlook to sync automatically to
the PST calendar
b. Get my Blackberry to see the file used to store my Windows Live
Calendar (shown on Outlook).

Although I have found a workaround, I would prefer not to copy and
paste the calendar to PST file everytime I want to update my
Blackberry.

Have you set the Hotmail folders as the delivery location in Outlook?

unless there is an app that syncs hotmail to BB, its not possible.
Internet calendars can be synced - so if you can connect to it as an
internet cal, it should sync. Try publishing it to office live and then
joining it.
