Sync Outlook Between 2 Computers

I have two computers, both with Windows XP and Outlook 2003. I currently use
Active Sync 4.5 with a Pocket PC with Mobile 2003 to synchronize my Outlook
between the two computers.

I do not sync e-mail, only calendar, tasks, contacts and notes.
Other than copying PST files is there a way (or program) that I can sync the
two Outlooks automatically using a thumb drive?

I am looking at something that is easy to use like the Pocket PC is now –
just plug in and let it go.

Easy2Sync for Outlook allows you to do that. Look for the "bridge" function
or the option "Far away" when setting up the sync.
My recommendation; sync it to the storage card of your mobile device. This
way you keep all your data in one place and don't have to carry around an
additional thumb drive. Just connect your mobile and both ActiveSync and
Easy2Sync will sync your data.

I sync my 2 PCs with Sync2. It works just great! I sync my Outlook dat
online, but it's possible to synchronize via USB or LAN
'Download Sync2 for Outlook 1.85.0951 Free Trial - This applicatio
performs complete automatic background synchronization, even if Outloo
is not running - Softpedia' (http://tinyurl.com/32k8ss)
