Task recurrance

D

Dan-el

I wish to set up a task that will give a 'Reminder' every day for a number of
days (e.g. 7 days) prior to the task end date. (e.g. get/send card gift).
Also, I want this to happen every year with 99 occurrences (e.g. forever).
Basically, send birthday card and gift notification given every day for 7
days prior to the birthday. This is to repeat the following year. May this
be done in Outlook 2007 automagically or perhaps by a 'special' calendar file
that I must load/append every year?

Any help would be appreciated.

you'd need to make 7 tasks per event with no end date set. Or you could
make 1 task per event and snooze it for 1 day, each day.

Then, each of the 7 tasks should be set up to recurr annually on that date
with no end date, correct?
