Hello,
I see that i can do a "task request" and it will be saved to my task list.
Instead, is there a way of keeping it in a public folder?
More in depth: I have a public folder named "engineering tasks", then I got
sub-task folders below it. Each folder represents an engineer. I don't want
to just toss tasks at them. So, I can I do a task request, then if they
accept it I get notified and their task gets placed in the task folder with
their name. The reason: we want more visibility and not overburden our
engineers. If this is possible, please be as detailed as possible, like
Barney style, lol. Thanks a bunch.
