Text boxes and arrowheads

How to you connect to shapes together with arrowheads? I am working on a
very simple flowchart. I can get the boxes in side by side, but can't get
the arrowheads to connect the two boxes together. If I move one of the
boxes, the arrowhead won't move with it and there ends up being a gap between
the two.
