Text Wrap

For some reason I can not get my text to wrap around a
picture that I have installed in a text box. I am
writing a newsletter for MOMS Club and can't for the life
of me figure it out. I have been trying now for 2
months. I have followed the directions that were on
Microsoft Word my have not had any luck. PLEASE HELP!!!
