The cube scheduled to be built on xxx at xxx failed. (-2147221411)

Dear All,

I have been receiving this message sproadically over the last few weeks.
Sometimes a manual build seems to fix it, other times as a last resort I
delete the cube and build it from scratch. The Event Log entries associated I
have copied below. Symptoms include the disappearance of two of the three
dimensions (don't know if my nomenclature is correct) so that only
MSP_ASSN_FACT exists. Clearly there is no access to any cube information in
the Portfolio Analyser. I've double and triple checked the project names and
there are no illegal characters. However, relatively recently we reinstalled
the Bogdanov PA Extender and I wondered whether illegal characters in task
names could be causing this? Any help would be very much appreciated.

Cheers,

John
