Time clock, punch in/out

I want to create a time clock in excel, så my employees can punch in
and out.
Any suggestions on how to do this?
There must be password protected cells (so another employee cant punch
in/out for a buddy and soon) that cant be edited once the employee
have punched in as well as manager override of punch in and out times.
I have searched the web but cant really find much.

Clockspot.net is a really good web-based employee timeclock
application. Definitely worth checking out.

i thougt along the lines of a =NOW() function that could be stopped
and started from a script by using individual passwords and user
names.
A B C D
Start time Lunch time Back from lunch Going home

The times should be able to be edited by the manager.
Is there some way to do this?
