Timesheet import timeout for ONLY ONE USER

Anyone have any ideas here? I've got only one user who is timing out
when attempting to import a timesheet into My Tasks. A vast majority
(everyone else including me) says "works fine for me".

This user has cleared temporary cache, restarted IE, and rebooted his
PC, but same result.

Thanks,

Andy,

Have you perhaps checked if the user can do this on another PC, have the
user log in with his own account on another PC, if it then works it is a
corrupted IE on the users PC

Tried it on a different PC and same results.

this has happened intermittently for users before but not so that just one
user has issues. the other times it was a Queue issue but this cannot be
with other users being successful. My guess without being on site is that
the user has an assignment which is corrupt in the My Tasks page.

I suggest that you delete the timesheet. then create a new one and with no
changes try to import. If that works then update one task and import, etc
until you find the task that does not let the import work right.

all other solutions will have impacts on other users so i am suggesting this
method first.
