To-Do Bar shows duplicate tasks

Strange issue that's happening on multiple computers. We are running Outlook
2007/Exchange 2007. For some reason, the users Tasks appear duplicated in
the To Do Bar. We know that only one task exists because when we delete it
it deletes both tasks that appear in the To-Do Bar.

The issue goes away when we close the user's (.pst) Archive Folder, I'm
wondering why opening a .pst file causes this problem. The .pst file does
not contain any tasks. Any ideas?
