Toolbar icons

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) A friend of mine has just converted from PC to Mac (yeah!). He thinks the icons on the main toolbar menu is too small. Is it possible to increase the size of the icons?

Sorry, that can't be done. The toolbars in the Office applications
behave slightly differently from the toolbars in most other
